George Fowler Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Fowler of Illinois City, Illinois, who passed away on December 1, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fowler and Mildred Fowler (Kane); his wife Dorothy "Dot" Kerres; his siblings, Leroy Fowler and Darlene Taylor; his brother-in-law Gary Kerres; and his close friend Don Emmons.
He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Fowler (Ron Terry) and Patrick Fowler (Cathy); his grandchildren, Mike Stalkfleet (Melissa), Amber Hazen (late Joe), Josh Fowler (Ashley) and Jenny Garrison (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Savana, Bryce, Trayton, Jaxon, Franklin, Cameron, Carlos, Addison and Eli; his sister-in-law Marilyn Spivey; and his close friend Dixie Morehead. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the family to be divided up between the Eliza Lions Club and the Reynolds American Legion.
