He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Chard and K. Pauline Chard Brock (Johnson); his stepfather Clifford Brock; and his siblings-in-law, Clifford McMeekan and Joyce Chard.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Haskins (Wickenburg); his sons, Kevin Chard (Dawn), Milan, Kenny Chard (Sherry) and Keith Chard (Gianina) of Elkhart, IN; his grandchildren, Adam Chard (Kristi), Davenport, Adrianna Chard of Nashville, TN, Kaitlin Mortensen (Nathan) and Jordan Chard (Lauren) of Summertown, TN; his great grandchildren, Kenadi Chard and Nash Mortensen; and his siblings, Cheryl Coyne (Wayne), Daryl Chard, Leonard Chard (Jean) and Lynn McMeekan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
