He is survived by: his former wife Karen A. Mattingly; his children, Dalton Mattingly of Hutsonville, IL, William Leroy Mattingly II, Specialist Chianne Mattingly of Hinesville, GA and Andrea Mattingly; his sister Debra Jo; his brother-in-law Greg Vanderport of Clinton, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Gloria, Rosa and Juan.
