He is survived by: his wife Gayle Earleywine; his children, Chad (Amber Earleywine) of Joplin and Terri Earleywine of Terre Haute, Indiana; his grandchildren, Jordan and Israel Earleywine; his children, Destini, Philip, Abilene and Memphis Birchfield; and his sister Toni Earleywine of Hutsonville.
