In loving memory of Nancy Ann Darkis of Hutsonville, Illinois, who departed this world on June 20, 2024 at the age of 81. Nancy leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Dean Farrand and Mary Myers Holloway; her brother Larry Farrand; and her former life partner Gary Darkis. She is survived by : her daughter Laureen "Lori"; her son-in-law Keith Hood; her grandsons, John Rhoads and Dwayne Hood; her great grandchild Dale Rhoads; her great great grandchild Zalina; her brother Jimmy Farrand; and her sister-in-law Linda (Perry Dively).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Farmersburg Community Church. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to defray expenses.
