He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph P. Chapman and Fanchion Chapman (Nash); and his stepsister Janell Price. He is survived by: his wife Rita Chapman of Hutsonville, IL; his nephew Terry (Erin Bline) of Bloomington, IL; his niece Tamara (Chad Tuttle) of Robinson, IL; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jarrett Bline, Gavin, Quinton Tuttle, Lauren Bline, Allison Bline and Zoe Tuttle; and his brother-in-law Lee (Connie Bline) of Annapolis, IL. He is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the Prairie Licking Volunteer Fire Department Equipment Fund with envelopes available at the funeral home.
