He is survived by: his parents, Joseph "Joe" and Cleda Fern Winters (Burnett); his spouse Artheen Keenan; his children, Christopher "Chris" Winters of Hutsonville, IL, Mark Winters of Vincennes, IN and Dan Tuttle of Hiram, GA; his friend Todd Waiz of Jeffersonville, IN.; his great grandchildren, Nate Colvin, Jason Colvin, Jax Colvin, Nolan Colvin, Jac Courson and Katie Courson; his siblings, Donald "Don" of Hutsonville and Juanita F. Anderson of Annapolis; his sister-in-law Joyce Winters of Rochester, IN; his brother Edward Winters; and also, Jim and Rosalie Winters of Hutsonville. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
