Vandevender of Hutsonville, Illinois, born in Georgetown, Illinois, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Neild and Erschel Neild (Stark); her husband H. Leroy Vandevender; her children, John Vandevender and Dianne; her sons-in-law, Rick Pollard and Laddie Storckman; and her siblings, Donald, Joseph, Leslie, Leo, Bill, Russell, Marlin Neild, Elsie Rumple, Elma Hornbeck and Mary Jane McCool.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Storckman of Hutsonville, IL and Carolyn; her children-in-law, Gary Smith of Lawrenceville, IL and Betty Vandevender (Thirteen) of Hutsonville, IL; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Cosat (Chad), Amy Teska, Jonathan Vandevender, Ryan Storckman (Sara), Victoria Dunavan, Ashley Benson (Nicholaus), Laci Thornton (Joshua), Haley Hoke (Jared), Sarah Nettleton (Sean), Calvin Smith (Ashley), Kayla Pollard, Kristina Pollard and Chianne Pollard; her sister Susanne Collom of Georgetown, IL; and her sister-in-law Kathleen Hawn of Dana, IN. She is also survived by Thirty-two Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Hutsonville High School Alumni Association in Memory of Elizabeth C. "Libby" Vandevender.
