It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Spivey (Hutsonville, Illinois), born in Robinson, Illinois, who passed away on March 28, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, William O. "Bill" Spivey and James Spivey. He is survived by: his wife Melissa J. Spivey; his daughter Sarah; his son-in-law Jeff Shaffer of Robinson, IL; his grandchildren, Garrett, Sydney Hayes of Terre Haute, IN, Colton Hayes of Robinson, IL, Kade Shaffer of Robinson, IL, Mark Shaffer of Robinson, IL, Keller Hayes of Robinson, IL and Jovial Shaffer of Robinson, IL; and his siblings, John L. Spivey, Emma Jo Lewis of Hutsonville, IL, Bonnie J. Wright, Mary Lou (Jim LeForge) and Ava. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
