With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Homer Parker of Hurst, Illinois, born in Cottontown, Tennessee, who passed away on February 5, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Parker and Rachel Fann (Creekmore); his stepfather Archie Fann; and his siblings, Lois "Lovie" Gholson, Bill Parker, James Parker and Vernon Fann.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Parker (Martin) of Hurst; his children, David Parker (Barbara), Mary Gordon (Joe), Anna Epley (Nort), Betty Robison (Tom) and Nancy Juvers (Dennis); and his siblings, Bessie Mann, John Fann (Jean), Jimmy Fann (Phyllis), Beverly McClure (JD), Jackie Harvey (Jeff), Victor Fann (Kathy), Priscilla Jones and Connie Macke. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, several great grandchildren and many family and friends.
