She is survived by: her children, Kazimierz Mezyk (Bozena), Helena Wenc (Fryderyk) and Maria Gajda (Mariusz); and her grandchildren, Andy (Rene), Anna (Ray), Greg (Iza), Rich (Eva), Agnes (Rick), Robert (Jenn), Dan (Caitlin) and Chris (Sylvia). She is also survived by her 14 great-grandchildren.
