He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cramer and Rosemary Cramer. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Cramer; his sons, Cody, Ryan and Adam Cramer; his brothers, James Cramer (Barbara) and Mark Cramer; his nephew Eric; and his sister Suzanne Cordes (Jon). He is also survived by his father in law, mother in law, many brothers and sister in laws, and nieces and nephews.
