He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Granias and Mary Granias; his sister Mary; and his great grandchild Evelyn. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Granias; his children, Dan Granias (Andrea) and Diana Granias; his grandchildren, Ryan (Maggie), Brooklyn Nick (Erik) and Brad (Megan); and his great grandchildren, Amelia, Vivian, Anthony and Braden.
