He was predeceased by: his parents, Verne Paul I and Norma Jean Cutler; his stepfather Arthur Welch; and his sister Mary Beth Cutler. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Cutler of Huntley, II.; his children, Anthony Cutler (Jessica) of Somers, Victoria VanBeest (Mason) of Brooklyn and Shelby Cutler of Pleasant Prairie; his grandsons, Corbin and Maverick Cutler; his siblings, Gary Cutler (Cami), Sherry Aaron (Mark) and Susan (Howard); his mother-in-law Joan Shafar; his siblings-in-law, Cindy Shafar and Timothy Shafar (Jennifer); his niece Amy Lambrecht (Mike); and his nephews, Ethan Krebs and Brandon Elliot Krebs.
