He is survived by: his wife Georgia Mary Bartosovic; his children, Susan Karnick (Brian), Thomas J. Czapiewski Jr. and Margaret Gomez (Alroy); his grandchildren, Charlie (Kristen), Emily (Emily), Jimmy, Delaney, Aubrey, Zach and Noah; and his great grandchildren, Olive and August.
