He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Marek. He is survived by: his mother Jean "Patsy" Marek; his daughter Victoria Banks (Brandon); his sisters, Debbie Fillip (Christ) and Carol Cohen (Edward); and also Carol Lynn Marek. He is also survived by his 3 nephews and 1 niece.
