He is survived by: his wife Jean of Huntley, Illinois; his children, Brian Moore (Kate) of Sugar Grove, Illinois and Jenna Losik (Dakota); his grandchildren, Allison and Jaxson of Woodstock, Illinois; and his sister Maureen Bothwell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
