She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Schroeder and Dorothy Schroeder (Wede); and her stepbrother Robert Froom. She is survived by: her husband William Kamphausen; her children, Krista Watson (Jim) and Jason Mueller (Kimi); and her grandchildren, Trey, Nate, William, Kayler and Jacob.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shepherd of the Prairie Lutheran church.
