He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Wilsek and Alice Wilsek (Wolfe); and his grandchild Paigé. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Christine Wilsek, Edward Wilsek, Richard Wilsek (Cathy), Jeffrey Maycan and Kelly Murphy; and his grandchildren, Steve, Meagan, Caia, Dylan, Adriana and Alexis.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (10307 Dundee-Huntley Rd, Huntley, IL 60142).
In lieu of flowers, donations are recommended to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in honor of his granddaughter Paige.
