He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Racila and Jean Racila; his wife Betty Jane Sytar; his children, Dawn Newson (Rick), Robert Racila Jr., Martin "Marty" Racila (Michelle), Cathy Racila and Leah Schueler (Jim); and his siblings, Donna Racila and Wayne Racila (JoAnn). He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
