He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kolasa and Stella Kolasa; and his siblings, Edward Kolasa (Alice), Lorraine Tusinski (Ray) and Henry Kolasa (Pat).
He is survived by: his wife Eve Kolasa; his stepchildren, Michele Riedl, Jeffrey Lipson (Katie King), Julie Lipson (Travis Tresnit) and Dana Cohen (Jack); and his pet Jasmine. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
