He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Heap and Marjorie Heap; and his sister Barbara Thompson (Lee Jay). He is survived by: his wife Christina Heap (Tina); his children, Carrie Holley (Jack) and Justin Heap (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Abigail Heap and Aiden Heap; and his nieces, Jane Kleveland and Julie Deutsch (Hal).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Bob's name can be made to Animal House Shelter located in Huntley, IL where he and Christina rescued their two cats Mia and Willow.
