With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Meyers of Huntley, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 13, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Meyers and Vera Meyers (Viehweg); and his stepson Brian Swedo. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Meyers; his sons, Richard M. Meyers (Susan), Don Meyers (Christine) and John J. Meyers (Gabrielle); his stepchildren, Colleen Scott, Michelle Chitwood (Rick) and Thomas Swedo (Jackie); his pet Princess; his sister Donna Rae Whitlock; his niece Jenny Duffy; and his nephew Jim Whitlock. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
