He is survived by: his wife Mary Nichols; his children, Lisa Penz (James) and Steven Nichols (Tara); his grandchildren, Jackson and Callie; his siblings, Jeff Nichols (Rose), Mike Nichols (Karen), Dawn Nichols, Chris Nichols (Kendra) and Tracy Gladson (Joe); and his pet Cubbie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
