He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Edith J. Wilkening; his children, David (Karla), Daniel and Diana Wilkening; his parents, Henry Wilkening and Esther Wilkening; his brothers, Clarence (Leona) and Lawrence Wilkening; and his mother-in-law Edith Stuerzebecher.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter Lutheran Church (202 E Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60194). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter Lutheran Church.
