She is survived by: her children, Susan Melchert (Kess O'Halloran) of Pearl City, Leslie Ramyk Conforti of Chicago and James Melchert (Maria Melchert) of Crystal Lake, IL; her grandchildren, Gabrielle Melchert, Nichole Matijevic, Kiara Melchert, Frankie Melchert, Nathan Melchert, Mia Melchert, Magdalena Conforti and Samuel Conforti; and her great grandchild Sierra Matijevic.
