Norman C. Brettschneider Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman C. Brettschneider of Huntley, Illinois, born in Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on February 1, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Brettschneider and Clara Brettschneider (Kasten); his daughter Kathleen; his granddaughter Tracy; and his siblings, Ken, Ellen, Donald and Melva.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Schuring; his children, Mark (Linda), Lynette Schiesher (Don) and Barbara Cosenza (Chuck); and his grandchildren, Collin (Ashley), Austin Brettschneider (Kendall), Logan Brettschneider, Courtney Urban (Alan), Mallory Kennedy (Chas) and Samantha White (Matthew). He is also survived by several extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Norm's name may be directed to St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
