She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Baker and Helen Baker; her former husband Richard Lee Daum; and her siblings, Ronald Baker and Bonnie Anderson.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Daum; her children, Kimberly Kvasnicka, Greg (Wanda), Tracey Surnicki (Steven) and Melanie Morast (Hank); and her siblings, Donald Baker, Gary Baker, Judy Fehrman, Glenda Dunn and Linda Busche. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in remembrance of Norma Jean Daum to the International Myeloma Foundation.
