He was predeceased by: his father Larry B. Kindlesparker; his brother Aaron Shane Kindlesparker; his grandparents, Bernard, Nancy Kindlesparker and Vincent Flanigan; and his aunt Vicki White.

He is survived by: his mother Mary Jo Kindlesparker (Flanigan); his son Payton Kindlesparker; his granddaughter Ariella; his siblings, Amy Kindlesparker (Pablo Martinez) and Nikolas Kindlesparker; his grandmother Margaret Flanigan; his nieces and nephews, Taylor Kindlesparker, Jordan Hodges, Rylee Kindlesparker, Diesel and Buddy; and his friends, Pizza Place and Nathan.
