He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Karlov and Lillian Karlov; his grandson Anthony Gagliano; and his siblings, Nancy Karlov, Steven Karlov (Nancy) and David Karlov.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Karlov; his children, Cheryl Passenheim (Robert), Michael Karlov, Martin Karlov and Sandra Gagliano (Paul Kennedy); his grandchildren, Bobby (Tara), Michael, Mark (Michaela), Jackie (Andrew), Andrew, Gina, Jennifer, Ryan, Morgan and Brendan; and his siblings, Jack Karlov (Susan) and MaryKay Karlov. He is also survived by his many great-grandchildren.
