He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Henk and Ruth Henk (Brendemuehl). He is survived by: his wife Christine Ermilio; his children, John Decesare, Tanya Fox and Lisa Wanat (Robert); his grandchildren, Brittany McCabe, Hannah, Joseph Petrus and Steven Michael Wanat; and his siblings, Laurie Marin (Chago), Karen Miller (John) and Susan Holznagel (James).
