She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Gackowski and Agnes Gackowski; and her daughters, Patricia Lezniak and Denise Jordan. She is survived by: her son Gary Jordan (Linda); and her grandchildren, Scott Jordan, Keith Lezniak and Julie Lezniak.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the DeFiore Funeral Home (10763 Dundee-Huntley Rd, Huntley, IL 60142). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Mary Hill Cemetery.
