She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hickey and Ruth Hickey. She is survived by: her husband Jack Provost; her children, Thomas Provost (Jennifer), John Provost (Carrie), Robert Provost (Michelle) and Michael Provost; her grandchildren, Megan, Cameron, Jessica, Taylor, Mason, Logan, Brooke, Carson, Caden, Avery, Beth, Shannon, Evan and London; and her sister Colleen Harder (late James).
