It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marion Marie Matthews of Huntley, Illinois, born in Wausau, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Milton Pyke and Margaret Pyke; her husband Howard; her children, Sheila, John (Rachel) and Michael (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Justin, Shayna, Gwendolyn and Matilda; her siblings, Milton Pyke, Jr. (Lucille), Merlene Kannenberg (George), Marge Overmeyer (David) and Marty Pyke; and her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Matthews (Sonya), Marian Zalesiak (Richard) and Roy Matthews.

“Condolences and love to the family of my dear friend Marion. Since our teenage years we have not missed exchanging cards and letters on our birthdays and Christmas. Why we called each other "Charlie" which began over 60 years ago, i don't recall; but it continued all those years. May you know the peace of Jesus as Marion now rests in His loving arms.
