She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Backhaus and Anna Backhaus (Huneberg); her husband Lawrence Fettes, Sr.; and her sister Mabel Perrin. She is survived by: her children, Lawrence Jr. (RuthAnn), John (Marilyn), James (Elda Lou), Barbara Brandt (Rodger), Eugene (Naomi), Catherine Roberts (Michael), Donna Yurs (Rick) and Susan Johnas (Joe). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; sisters.
