We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2021, at the age of 92, Maria Garza (Huntley, Illinois), born in New Braunfels, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Matias Anaya and Jocabel Anaya; her husband Guadalupe Garza; and her siblings, Catarino Madrigal, Ignacia Rocha (Enrique) and Antonia Gaona (Manuel).
She is survived by: her children, Guadalupe Peters (Joël), Roberto Garza (Christi), Fernando Garza and Ana Luiza Garza; her grandchildren, Christopher-Joël, Benjamin, Sophia, Jonathon, Amanda, Joshua "Chaelin", Lorenzo, Angelo, Matthew and Mia; her great grandchildren, Nolan, Nicholas and Chloe; and her brother Jose Matias Anaya (Rosemary). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
