He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Woolfington; his former wife Darlene Wood; his parents, Howard Woolfington and Alice Woolfington; and his siblings, Janet Mitchell, Rita Norris, David Howard and Tim Woolfington.
He is survived by: his children, Rev. Mark Woolfington (Kathy) and Linda Pupich (Chris); his stepchildren, Helene Eddy (Ray), Bill Van Klei (Wendy), Jeff Elledge, David Elledge (Amy) and Michelle "Missy" Kline (Larry); his grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Jessica, Alexa, Jennifer, Grace, Evelyn, Madeline, Jeffrey Jr., Gwendolyn, Krystalina, Bekky, Jimmy, Jason, Kyle and Evan; and his sister Fran Lanum (Mike) of Frankfort, Indiana.
