Kenneth Pohlmann Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Pohlmann of Huntley, Illinois, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pohlmann and Charlotte Pohlmann; his wife Katharine Pohlmann; his children, Ruth Carlson and Karl Pohlmann; his grandchildren, Timothy Pohlmann and Alicia Stewart; and his siblings, Martha Haecker (Ervin), Henry Pohlmann (Fern) and Raymond Pohlmann (Marjorie).
He is survived by: his children, Kristine Stewart, Luther Pohlmann (Gisele) and Andrea Kulik (Ken); his grandchildren, James Stewart, Sarah Flick, Heidi Trier (Seth), Eric Pohlmann (Kara), Greg Pohlmann, Katharine Carlson, Kristofor Carlson, Kirstin Gonzalez (Matthew), John Pohlmann and Ryan Pohlmann; and his children-in-law, Steve Carlson and Vickie Pohlmann (Adele Wogstad). He is also survived by his 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Ken's name to the scholarship fund of Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa (wartburgseminary.edu/giving-opportunities).
