He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth P "Timer" and Joan E. Bakley; his sons, Kenneth Bakley, III and Mathew Bakley; his granddaughters, Autumn and Violet Bakley; his siblings, Kathleen P. Jensen (Carl Jensen, Sr.), Douglas C. Bakley, Cindy Jo Bakley (Randy Sikula) and Bernice A. Bakley (Tim Roberson); and his nieces and nephews, Carl Jr. (Katie), Michael (Nikki), Brittany, T. J., Noah, Elijah and Lucy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and by his nephew Ronald Reh Jr. Due to social distancing requirements in place with the COVID-19 pandemic, a drive through viewing/visitation will take place at DeFiore Funeral Home-10763 Dundee Road, Huntley on Saturday, November 28, 2020 from 11:00am until 4:00pm.

Ken was a lifelong member of the American Legion of Huntley and the First Congregational Church of Huntley; in lieu of flowers memorials can be directed to the First Congregational Church of Huntley.
