She was predeceased by: her husband John Adams; her parents, John Leskovec and Mary Leskovec; her brother John Leskovec; and her brother-in-law Tom Sokal.
She is survived by: her daughters, Keeley Sowatsky (Dave) and Nicole Swafford (Craig); and her sister Joan Sokal (late Tom). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, nieces and nephews and 3 grand nieces and nephews.
