She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Wagner and Alma Wagner (Schmidt); her former husband Donald G. Glissendorf; her spouse Knute L. Olson; and her siblings, David, Dorothy, Adolph, Claude, Norma, Eugene and Ruby.
She is survived by: her sons, Edwin Glissendorf (Peggy) of Golden Valley, AZ, Herbert Glissendorf (Phyllis) of Huntley and Donald Glissendorf (Cheryl) of Huntley; her grandchildren, David, Michelle, Dale, Keith and Emily; her stepgranddaughter Tracy Vandersteeg; and her sister Janice "Jenny" Poltrock. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be directed to the American Legion Post #673 or First Congregational Church in Huntley.
