He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Emily; his brothers, Leo and Thaddaus; and his granddaughter Lisa Marie Cannon.
He is survived by: his wife Luanne; his sons, Joseph Lukaszewski (Tammy Queen) and John Lukaszewski (Virgene); and his grandchildren, Rebecca Currey (Matt), Kelly Dubuisson (James), Jammie Josephson (Shane), Katie Mendoza (Ricardo), Kyle Lukaszewski (Meghan), Lauren Moscardelli (Ben), Dakota Lukaszewski (Tracy), Austin Lukaszewski, Kenneth Buczkowski (Brooke), Danielle Buczkowski (Jeff Holztrager), Shawna Camp (Dave), Jason Brandlin and Heather Hill. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St. Judes Children Research Hospital or Shriner's Childrens Hospital.
