He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Andruzzi and Bertha Andruzzi; and his siblings, Joanne Kupchinski and Paul Andruzzi. He is survived by: his wife Mary M. Carini; his children, Mary Richman (Jeff), Joseph Jr. Andruzzi (Dari), Michelle Riemer (Mark) and Michael Andruzzi (Mari); his grandchildren, Melissa, Jessica (Billy), Zachary, Michael, Rebecca, Claudia (Aly), Anthony, Charlie and Victoria; and his siblings, Helen Socko, Diane Shutack and Robert Andruzzi.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Chicago Police Department Memorial Foundation.
