He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Michalisko and Virginia Michalisko (Cwiklinski); and his brother Martin Michalisko. He is survived by: his wife Kristin Hoff; his children, John, Marty and Katie Gabris (Mike); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Zachary, Amber and Michael; his sisters, Madeline Shaw (Don) and Virginia Elle; and his sister-in-law Carol Michalisko.
