We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Joan E. Ausbury of Huntley, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Joan may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joan touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother YaYa; her daughter Amy Wacker (Jared) of Huntley; her granddaughters, Mila and Ella; and her brother Jack Tieman (Diane).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeFiore Funeral Home (10763 Dundee-Huntley Rd, Huntley, IL 60142). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. Mary Church (10307 Dundee-Huntley Rd, Huntley, IL 60142).
