Czelatdko (Huntley, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 11, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph and Cecelia; his wife Jeanette Czelatdko (Pokorny); his children, Lawrence (Barbara), Susan Zalewski, Cynthia Kalas (Gary) and Dr. Daniel (Susan); his grandchildren, Danny (Katie), Katie (Jaan), Nick (Val), Natalie (Erik), Kelsey and Sam; his great grandchildren, Peyton, Brady, Jackson, Leila, Weston and Lily; his siblings, Nancy Dertz (Ray) and Thomas; and his sister-in-law Dolores Hansen (late William). He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
