She was predeceased by: her husband Ryszard Janusz; and her siblings, Stefania Sidorowicz, Lucja Surowka and Jan Dyna. She is survived by: her children, Roman Janusz (Joanna) of Poland and Iwona Hess of Huntley, Illinois; her grandchildren, Mikolaj Janusz, Monika Hess and Sebastian Hess; and her sister Barbara Kozlowski. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
