It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory C. Matzke of Huntley, Illinois, born in Fargo, North Dakota, who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother LaRue Quesnel; his stepfather Charles Quesnel; and his daughter Gretchen. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Kuemmel; his children, Benjamin Matzke (Kristy), Jedediah Matzke, Shaina East (Samuel) and Hannah Matzke; his grandchildren, Elliana, Calise, Abbey and Jaxton; his siblings, Gloria Trinkle and Gary Matzke; and his stepbrothers, Charlie Quesnel, Demian Quesnel and Michael Quesnel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
