He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Meschino and Assunta Meschino (Zammuto). He is survived by: his wife Francesca Mangione; his daughters, Assunta Bilderback (Brian), Carmela Martinez (Tony) and Adriana Novielli (Vito); his grandchildren, Adriana, Erica, Anthony, Autumn, Abigail and Alyssa; his pet Daisy; and his siblings, Luigi, Salvatore and Lucia Gallegra (Francesco). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Ann and Robert Lurie Children's Hospital or Huntley Animal House Shelter.
