He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Jarvis and Marie Jarvis; and his wife Janet Balon. He is survived by: his children, Laura Boldt, Jeff Jarvis (Paula) and Jerry Jarvis (Jolene); and his grandchildren, Luke, Thomas, Meghan, Skylar, Paige and Chase.
